Description
This is an excellent f1 hybrid cabbage (brassical oleracea var. Capitata) with vigorous growth. The head is round shape, very compact and short cored with blue green wrapper leaves. Average head weight is 2. 0kg ~2. 5 kg. Harvesting can be done after 60~65 days of transplanting. Individual head may grow upto 3. 0 kg in weight with prolonged field holding. it has an excellent field holding capacity upto 20 - 25 days which allows flexible harvesting. i-ball is tolerant to fusarium yellows, erwinia carotovora sp. (bacterial soft rot), syringae pv. Maculicola (bacterial leaf spot) and xanthomonas campestris pv. Compestris(black rot). It has a very late bursting and also strong heat resistance characteristic.
