What is Electroluminescent Displays ?
Electro-Luminescent Display (ELD) technology is an innovative, paper thin, captivating light source that is revolutionizing the way of marketing businesses through branded messages by targeting audiences in an attractive manner. Electro-Luminescent (EL) displays find wide application in back lit posters and in several other light source based products that are energy deficient, expensive and bulky.
Electro-Luminescent Lamps are devices that convert electrical energy into light or luminescence by using AC voltage across electrodes. An organic phosphor with colored overlays is placed between two conductors and when the electric current is applied, it quickly charges phosphor particles, that emit visible light.
