One of our units that received ISO 9002 certification within six months of its commencement is utilized for manufacturing the impeccable range of Crown Closures. This manufacturing unit is pressurized & dust-free and facilitates a production process that is untouched by hands. The moulded PVC and dry blend lining used by us for manufacturing these closures ensure better uniformity. Featuring better adhesion, these closures are also characterized by perfect sealing capacity. Owing to such attributes of our products, we are able to meet the demands of leading brands of soft drinks and beers in India.



In order to reach upto their expectations, we have adopted the following quality control procedures:
Statistical quality control measures are implemented using computers for detecting even the minutest defects in printing
Computation of crown formation is carried our for correcting even the slightest deviation in dimension
Photo image sensor is used for detecting any defect whilst, facilitating immediate rectification
