These are solid woven, pure asbestos based friction material is reinforced with a metallic wire for better strength and heat dissipation. Further, these products feature a medium/high coefficient of friction along with moderate temperature and wear resistance capabilities. It is highly flexible which helps to form it to radius. Further, it is uniformly heated under moderate temperature below 100°C to simplify the process of forming.
These products are manufactured under dust and moisture free conditions and are subjected to stringent tests at various stages of production. This results in absolute chemical impregnation and highest amount of bonding to ensure maximum durability, strength and flexibility, so as to outperform the products. These linings are widely used in brake and clutch components, which find application in plants like heavy road transport vehicles and tractors to name a few.
